Privacy Policy for Kigumi

No Data Collection
Kigumi collects nothing about you: no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking. The only thing n8 studio runs for the app is the public community level database described below, and it receives a level only when you choose to share one.
Everything Stays on Your Device
Levels are generated on your device from their level number, so nothing is downloaded to play. Your progress, settings and any levels you build are stored on your device only.
Purchases
The optional unlock is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. n8 studio does not receive your name, payment details, or Apple ID.
Levels You Choose to Share
Sharing a level publishes it to a public community database inside the app, where any player can find it and play it. A shared level carries only the board's size and its numbers — no text, no photo, nothing about you. It is tied to an anonymous iCloud identity (a random identifier iCloud hands the app), so n8 studio cannot tell who shared which level and cannot contact you through it. Nothing leaves your device until you tap share.
Reporting and Blocking
Every community level can be reported, and you can block the player who shared it. Reports reach n8 studio at [email protected] and are read by a person; levels that break the rules are removed. Write to [email protected] if you want a level you shared taken down.
