What Elo processes
Elo uses the routines, selected stops and directions, walking times and buffers you provide to calculate departures. Your exact address label stays on your device. Elo does not request GPS permission or track your location.
Server data and security
The Elo server stores installation credentials, an Apple App Attest public key, receipt and counters, routine configurations, selected stops and operational notification data. These support secure installation access, departure calculations and notifications. Network requests are processed through Cloudflare. Apple App Attest is used to verify app installations, and Apple Push Notification service (APNs) processes notification delivery when enabled.
Your choices and deletion
Elo has no account or cross-device recovery. You can delete the current installation and its server data in the app. Reinstalling creates a new installation and cannot recover or remotely delete data belonging to an inaccessible previous installation.
